This pamphlet, as the publishers describe it, is an alarm about how the Obama administration intends to undermine our elections.
Fund minces no words - there isn't room to - he outlines what the Obama administration and the left-wing have done in just a few months to increase the probability of voter fraud in the future. He covers the very odd behavior of Eric Holder in quashing action against people who were videoed intimidating voters. In a relatively short space, Fund describes how Obama and Rahm Emmanuel are trying to politicize the Census Bureau and the decennial Census for the first time in American history.
Broadening his scope a bit, Fund explains how legislative initiatives like one proposed to register every driver's license holder to vote on a federal level would likely enfranchise millions of illegal residents, convicted felons and others who may not have the legal right to vote. He deals briskly with the ACORN problems and the influence of other similar programs.
In short, in a very few pages, John Fund clearly sets forth the potential of massive voter fraud arising directly from the Obama administration. This is a frightening pamphlet, but an accurate one. For a few dollars, even if you think you'll disagree with Fund, you owe it to yourself and the future of the nation to read it.
Concerning the "mild sanction" given two members of the New Black Panther Party for charges of voter intimidation in the 2008 election, he says, "Those near the case believe that the decision was politically motivated---a signal sent... that 'intimidation against poll watchers challenging the fraudulent voters registered by ACORN' may be permissible." (Pg. 6)
He suggests that the 2010 Census "will become a political football, especially over the issue of sampling, which many experts say is too primitive a tool to be trusted with something as important as the census. And our citizens will feel correctly that their votes have been devalued by the extent of the White House's involvement in the process." (Pg. 13)
He argues that "the recent scandals that have engulfed the voter registration group ACORN could provide a perverse argument by liberals that universal voter registration is desirable... Left unaddressed by such an argument is how stuffing voter rolls with millions of new registrants that have expressed no interest in voting won't create an automatic pool of names that vote fraudsters could mine to cast illegal ballots---either through absentee programs or in-person voting at polling places." Don't just buy one copy. Buy two or more and give them to friends, asking them to pass this pamphlet around and buy more for their friends who are too far away to hand it to.
Don't let the politicians pull the wool over your eyes with their arguments for simplifying who votes and how. Elections have consequences, important consequences, and the right to vote should be protected.

Instead of wasting you money on this paranoid fansasy, do some real research on how so-called tea party legislatures have been passing Jim Crow-like disenfranchisement legislation.Published on May 6, 2012 by Yuma Michaels
I thought I was purchasing a "book", not a pamphlet! They were not even worth reading or spending the money sending them back. I trashed them without even reading them. Read morePublished on June 26, 2010 by Jonathan
Informative and TRUE. It's amazing that most folks are oblivious to the voting process and should get INVOLVED!Published on May 20, 2010 by C. Close-Bunting
