Slipshod production,

Not that anyone who buys this book really has any choice in the matter, but I found the production quality in this text to be abysmal--even by casebook standards. The typography is uninviting, but more to the point, the text itself is frequently punctuated by typos. For example, in various parts of the book, the sections of statutory provisions that end in "(c)" are replaced with a copyright symbol. I understand we're talking about a captive market, but it would be nice if the disjunction between the cost of law school casebooks and the production values wasn't so blatant.
