Hall need to give this one an overhaul.
Daniel E. Hall, for years has been one of my favorite authors when it came to chosing books for paralegal education. His information is presented in a clear and concise manner that even those coming from a poor primary education background, can readily umderstand the concepts he presents. Daniel E. Hall, for years has been one of my favorite authors when it came to chosing books for paralegal education. His information is presented in a clear and concise manner that even those coming from a poor primary education background, can readily umderstand the concepts he presents. In this fourth edition of Administrative Law, Bureaucracy in a Democracy, I find the material rather too remedial and tired. It seems to be missing a current relevance to how administrative agencies are being used and miss used. The text is a good remedial explanation of Administrative Law which may need an overhaul to stay relevant.

This textbook is not the best textbook that I have ever purchased. It is a little confusing at times, but then it has its good points. Since I registered for the class very late, Amazon really came through in getting it to me the next day, and in excellent shape. Outstanding service!

Book was in perfect condition and arrived within 4-5 days. No Complaints! There is alot of stuff to cover in this book and 1 semester just isn't long enough.
