This review is from: Administrative Law: A Casebook (Casebook Series) (Hardcover)
Does not really highlight important cases and then focuses on cases not as important. It's hard to deduce that Hamdee case is talking about the due process due in a military trial which isn't exactly an administrative law court the book focuses on. Kind of a waste of 30 pages having that case in there. Chevron case is not given a lot of attention and so are some important cases.
Lots of reading from this book will take you lots of time. 2-3 minutes a page for the dense stuff. |
