Pretty good for a casebook
Honestly, the bar for casebooks is pretty low. This one had a decent copy-editor, and does not have any obvious, serious mistakes thus far. It suggests good modes of analysis, and it's decently concise. Could use some explicit solutions to at least the early problems, though.

Not In Condition As Described
I was happy to receive this book in a short amount of time, but when I began using it, I noticed that the spine is tearing away from the actual book. This is very disappointing. You pay a lot for even used law books, you should be able to trust that they will be in the condition described.
