I bought this through Amazon. You better be a student because you have to open the box in order to get your product code. There's also a paper that gives you a link to verify student status for adobe software that has NOT been purchased directly through the Adobe website. I scanned and sent my documents and got my approval and new serial number the next day. If you are not yet registered for school, you can still install the software and use it as the trial option for 30 days.

Verifying to Adobe that you're a student is fast and easy. Be sure to buy this suite before you graduate, for huge savings!

After getting away from Adobe products years ago when I switched over to Macs, I recently decided to invest in this product suite because I was still a student for a few more months and I wanted to have Photoshop and Dreamweaver for my photography business. Both products have performed above expectations and the extra programs thrown into this suite also have been used on a few occasions for various things such as resumes, photographic album design, and even logo editing. The price on this package can't be beat and if you ever suspect needing any of these tools, buying it while you are still a student will save you hundreds!

This is everything I needed and easy to use. Adobe was fast to license it for me and I couldn't be happier.

My daughter who is studying design needed this software for her school work and is very happy with her Adobe Creative Suite 4.

Adobe CS packages (I purchased CS4 student edition) are wonderful tools - the best, I believe. However, Adobe's stringent rules regarding who can purchase, the documentation needed, and the absolute refusal to work with the customer is inexcusable, in my opinion.
I purchased the CS4 student edition for my son - a 17 year old junior in high school. I understand that the student edition is meant for college students, and my son is a half time college student, and half time high school student. We had the documentation for each, and were still refused authorization. I returned the software upon receiving the declined status, and received half of my money back. Half. I'm having a difficult time justifying the purchase of another Adobe software package because of this experience.
Again, Adobe products are great, and if I put aside my experience with the declined authorization and the subsequent return, I will say that the software is top-notch.

I needed a software suite to work with that's got everything for digital photograph workflow. And Adobe is pristine in quality and has it all. I use it for school and hobby works. This is great collection of programs for that reason.

CS4 was and is absolutely amazing. Great, quick ship and an awesome product. Great student rate and quite the deal.

I love the Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium Student Edition [Mac] software I recieved. It's great being home with my daughter and be able to do my home work without missing out on the important things.
