not sure it is an upgrade,

I use the CS product family daily, however there is very little of substance in terms of upgrade with each yearly release. I upgrade every other cycle in order to maintain compatibility with our clients, however this is the first upgrade that removed functionality (assemble pdf from PSD) that we use regularly. I assume this was due to a turf battle between departments, a true sign of the corporate bloat and malignancy that has taken over Adobe much like Microsoft. While the core product remains decent, the upgrade cycle of the CS product is irritating, pointless and purely profit driven. There is nothing worth upgrading for here.
