it runs just fine on my MAC PRO w/ OS 10.8.5. don't know about the MAC Book Air? you should buy it and tell ADOBE where to stick their Creative Cloud!

Lightroom is not included. Mac system requirements are atleast OSX 10.6 or newer. 2GB ram and 1Gb hard drive space. Hope that helps

The package I was sent when I ordered was not a legitimate Adobe box of the software. I did get my money back from Amazon. I would be wary of this listing.

You can install on two computer if the disk you have says it has more than one installation on it. If you received the same adobe package that I have then you should have two installations on your disk. I'm not sure about any restrictions. Hope I helped!

A DVD did accompany the product, along with a valid serial number, which represents the most vital portion of the purchase. Unfortunately, the DVD was not fully updated to reflect current OS X standards. However, I was able to download the most compatible version from adobe.com without being forced to invest in its subscription model, of which I disapprove.

Yes. It works with Lion, Mountain Lion and Mavericks.
