This version does everything I need it to do. It's better than 7.0 and 8.0. It doesn't have the perks of the CS versions, but it works more smoothly than some of them--fewer kinks than CS. Also, I have an older computer, and 9.0 has smaller system requirements than 10.0 and above. This is the right version for my situation.
