In all good faith I ordered this product and expected to use it in connection with my Sony Camcorder. The program would never allow me to download my video. I made several attempts to contact Support from Adobe and as you can guess it was a big joke. After the 4th try and getting absolutely nowhere, I gave up and will attempt to get my money back. I am now using Vegas Pro from Sony and while it is quite complicated at least it works. Don't waste you money on Adobe Premiere Elements 7.
