4.0 out of 5 stars Save 100$, March 2, 2009
This review is from: Adolescence (Paperback)
I purchased this as a required text for a college class.
This was not the recommended edition, however I did fine in the class and I do not think there was too much information that was different.
(some organization stuff, and at least two test questions were not in this edition)
The savings was substantial and I just cannot imagine that there was much to add when the edition I purchased was published just 5 months prior to the next edition.
Highway robbery, to issue new editions that quickly, so as to lower the resale value of the texts and drive new sales.

This review is from: Adolescence (Paperback)
Bought this for an independent study course, and found that it is an excellect book for self learning. The concepts are explained well and the topics are easy to follow making it so that a regular class to discuss the book is not necessary.
