This review is from: Adolescents' Worlds: Negotiating Family, Peers, and School (Paperback)
Although the case studies were interesting I found that the author didn't tease out the lessons learned in a summation. I'm not sure what the key points were that I was supposed to walk away with.
If anyone has a good reference on how adolescents learn, I would love to know abbyremer@abbyremer.com

Great Resource,

This review is from: Adolescents' Worlds: Negotiating Family, Peers, and School (Paperback)
For anyone working in a school setting, this book is a great resource, even though it was written over a decade ago. It is a unique look at high school students from their perspective, and is full of very interesting case studies. It is an eye-opening, engaging read.
