Adopting the Adopted Son,
By
This review is from: The Adopted Son (Paperback)
"Money makes everything better" could have been the subtle subtitle for The Adopted Son. Author Nanci Brownlow spins an engaging tale of the wealth families ultimately bestow on their children. Sometimes the wealth is measured in currency and sometimes in love...and just sometimes the children mistake which bequeath has longer lasting value.
I believe this is the first publication for the author and it is a very impressive first offering. Ms. Brownlow creatively envelopes the reader in a entertaining serial murder/mystery...rooted in the misbelief that having money is the best family value of all. I was impressed with the author and creative story arc that is the foundation of the book. I can't wait for her second book! |
