This book is one of the most awe-inspiring books I've read about a subject few want to talk about. It offers hope for all who are considering adoption. The book shows the positive side of a successful open adoption, and the gut wrenching side of adoption in a foreign country. It made me laugh, it made me cry, it tore at my heart. Traci and Rhonda write about adoption from both sides of the spectrum. Traci (the young girl who chose to give up her son in an open adoption), and Rhonda (the woman who wanted a child so bad they went to Russia to find one), bring their personal stories to life in this wonderful book. I've had the privilege of interviewing Traci [...]and was moved by her story and her willingness to tell it all.
