Which counntry is first-world?,

I was thinking of buying this book,but I read the few presentation lines. The author has a lot of nerve! How easy the Americans succeed in insulting people! "Romania is a third-world country!" I suggest before adventuring in writing a book try first to educate yourself in geography, history and politics. America is no longer (if ever)the greatest country in the world!
