Spotting scope photography
I wanted to start taking photos using my spotting scope and had difficulty with modifying my Canon camera,, this adaptor allowed me to make the necessary modifications necessary for a good fit to my scope, there is unfortunately little information, on taking these photos with a spotting scope with a 2" lens, this adaptor has made the attachment of my camera possible for...

Works okay
This ring has 52mm threads on one side, and threads for a telescope's T-mount on the other side. The threads are a little course, and I worried about shavings collecting in the bottom of my newtonian telescope, but I made sure to brush them off a few times. I still need a spacer before I am able to use the zoom on my camera, but this adapter certainly works for my needs...

I wanted to start taking photos using my spotting scope and had difficulty with modifying my Canon camera,, this adaptor allowed me to make the necessary modifications necessary for a good fit to my scope, there is unfortunately little information, on taking these photos with a spotting scope with a 2" lens, this adaptor has made the attachment of my camera possible for excellent photos with a 20x - 60x scope when combined with a camera supporting frame.

I still need a spacer before I am able to use the zoom on my camera, but this adapter certainly works for my needs. It is a bit expensive for such a crudely made adapter ring.
