Okay if you Must But Spend More For Better Photos,

If you want to take photos for use on interent web sites and you want to spend less than $50 you would do better in buying an inexpensive photo cube two clamp lights from home depot and some C-FL bulbs. You results will be better and you will use less electricity. The blue background will shade your objects and the neutral gray will make the colors in your items look bland. When possible a pure white background is best.
