At one time, I had over 16,000 Christian books in my Pastoral library. I searched for them all over world. Some were good, some great - but only 5 had real, personal, revelation of Jesus Christ. This book is one of the 5.Get it - you will be eternally grateful!

I have been so completely impacted by this book. My heart has sought the Lord, yet I have yearned to love Him more. Adoration has touched my very passion for Jesus, and called me higher, to a place of surrender and focus. In a world that demands fast paced activity to meet deadline and standard. And/or to please ones self or others, a simple life and our true Reward get lost. Martha writes in this book about Mary of Bethany and all those around her, but more than that she writes in a style that causes the heart to meditate on the very Jesus Mary focused upon. A book for everyone, men as well as women. I recommend it very highly, for all who would love Him or love Him more.

Adoration has long been one of my favorite books to buy to give away. The author writes meditatively, almost in poems - and helps you see the dance of your heart and the Lord's in ways that have at times left me in tears. This is a great book for getting in touch with deep heart realities. If you buy it, get a few copies because you WILL be loaning this out or giving it to others once you read it yourself. It's not that long and you can read it in a few days.
