I found this book for $1 at a bargain book store, but it's been worth much more. I've used it more or less as a guide to my personal development.If you purchase this book with the intent of doing every exercise with full attention, rather than just reading the informative and helpful vignettes in-between the exercises, and follow the book's instructions fully (including recording your responses in a healing journal and doing the voice-recording/visualization exercises), you'll not be disappointed with the growth that you can achieve. |
