Good for small, medium and large heads but not XL heads. X-Large heads need to look for another size. Purchased for my Fiancee, and fits her well but would not fit me...I wear a size 8 fitted hat, just FYI for anyone else out there like me with an excess of brain power!

I am a grown woman and I think this mask might not fit around a man's head, but it was fine for me. I took these on a cruise and used them three times. The mask didn't fog up until after a half hour or 45 minutes and even then not completely. The snorkel was tall enough even in the rolling swells. I didn't dive down with them much, as I spend most of my time floating on the surface, but I think I could clear the snorkel if it had a bunch of water in it. The mask fit snug and it was a great set for the price.

The "quick adjustment" or whatever they call it, isn't quick or easy, but once you fit the mask on your head, you don't need to readjust it, so no big deal. Just put the strap on the back of your head and stretch it forward over your nose and eyes.

Years of diving, years of spitting in my mask and years of frustration. At last a mask that is amazing and does not fog. This mask's anti fog max coating really works. I love to free dive and hate to waste time repeatedly surfacing because I cannot see. As you can tell in other reviews, I tell it like it is. For this price the mask is a steal. The only thing I am not sure on is how long the anti fog coating will last. If it does not last my vacation this summer in the Med, I will re-post an update. For now it is must to own.

Good inexpensive (currently $22) mask/snorkel combo. The mask is not vented at the nose. The snorkel is fine, with a comfortable mouthpiece and transparency so you can see if you've vented all the water or not.

The quality of silicone (or silicone type plastic) available at this price has improved dramatically in the last 5 years or so, and if you have not tried one of these recently you may be pleasantly surprised. As a result, most people get a much better seal around the face than used to be possible in a cheap mask.

Re: DESIGN: This is intended for surface snorkeling, not for 100-foot scuba dives, so if you stick to snorkeling these are fine.
I like the overall design and quality of this combo. The colored mask 'frames' are ornamental/aesthetic--they could just as easily have been all-clear, and many identical masks are--but the coloring does not distract from your vision.

Re: SIZE: Several reviewers point out that this fits women and teenagers well, but is not a good fit for adult men. I agree. This fits too tightly on me (a 6' tall American man) to be comfortable, but fits my " better half" just fine. It's not just a matter of letting out the strap, or getting a longer strap, it's a problem with the size of the mask itself and the forehead/face dimensions it is designed for. I have noticed over the years that as the American dive industry's manufacturing and design have moved from the USA to China, the 'average' size mask (as with many other apparel items) have gradually shrunk to more of an Asian-male dimension.

So unfortunately, if you are an American adult male with a normal hat size, this is probably going to be either very tight or unworkably small on you, and I would recommend that you pass on this one and keep looking.
Masks are like hiking shoes, there are so many individual variables that you're really just better off trying them on in a store in person.

About FIT: Let's face it, any mask that doesn't fit you and constantly leaks is worthless to you, so spend a few extra dollars and get a good generic no-brand $20 mask at any dive shop. Most shops offer a mask/snorkel package for $25-$30 and you'll know that your mask fits you properly.
A tip about fitting a mask: you'll get a better seal on the mask if you shave (at least your upper lip). It's very tough to seal a mask around a mustache or beard, and that includes a 3-day vacation 'stubble'. A traditional test for mask fit is to place it over your face, standing straight, without attaching the straps, then let go of the mask as you inhale gently. If a gentle inhale keeps the mask on your face and it does not fall to the floor, you're in the right size range.

But if you're a teenager, a female, or possibly a male with a rather narrow face and smaller head diameter, this is a well made economy combo at a very attractive price.

One more tip: the lifespan of any mask/snorkel will increase considerably if you will rinse it with fresh water after use and keep the silicone out of the sun or high heat (including parked cars in summer) as much as possible. Older silicone used to begin to slowly turn yellow after a few years, but newer formula's do not seem to do that anymore. So you don't have to think of a cheap mask as being 'disposable' these days, which is nice.

Hope this is helpful. Happy snorkeling, everybody.

My Wife and I used these for three days of active swimming and snorkeling. I saw reviews about the mask not working for adults... this is NOT true, neither one of us had issues.

Gentlemen, make note... you may want to shave before using the mask, or perhaps use some vaseline to make a proper seal around the mask.

Bought this for vacation. It made it through the trip in my luggage with no issues even though it was all squished up. Family who borrowed it said the seal was so much better than on the ones they had.

Good bang for the buck. Bought a couple for my wife and I for Hawaii vacation. I had not been snorkeling for quite some time, so didn't have anything to compare it to, and imagine that a higher quality mask has more flexible / comfortable materials, but I found it quite adequate. I might add that I have a smaller than average skull. My wife on the other hand, has a larger than average, big hair, and did not find it comfortable. She would probably give 2 stars.

I am 64. I bought it so I could breathe to my regular rhythm, not my crawl stroke. Deeper inhale during lap swimming means I can meditate as I swim. Try it.

My husband and I took this on our cruise so we didn't have to rent sets (aka share germs with who knows how many people...gross). This was a great set, and very comfortable to wear. They say they are anti-fog, but I also got the Jaws anti-fog spray and used that before we went. We never had a problem with them fogging, but I don't know if it was due to the mask, the anti-fog spray, or both.

I like this new improved material. We have ordered them in the past for the teens and this set I got for myself (MOM) is softer than theirs. I have only used it a few times in the pool, and for our purposes it is fine. It may be a snug fit for a large man, but it has adjustments! For pool use, and for teens or ladies, I'd definitely recommended it.
