Great helmet... HAWK helmets seem to run a little small, so if you are on the edge of a size, go with the larger size for sure. Also i would check the website this was offered from before purchasing thru amazon, I found out after it was too late that i could have had other color options for the same price. Still a great purchase. [...] is a great site to deal with.

DOT sticker?,

As you may be able to see in the picture, the DOT on the back is on a separate "sticker." It is very firmly attached and could not be easily transferred, so maybe it isn't fair to call it a sticker. Maybe it's okay, but I'm just not sure. My other helmet has DOT embossed into the plastic. I think that is better. Other than that it is fine.
