This is a great clock, easy to read in any lighting conditions and the back-light is very bright, enough to use the clock for a night light. The thermometer is accurate and can be set to C or F easily. The 12/24 hour display is very handy and easy to set too. Aside from one feature this clock deserves five stars.

The alarm on this clock is very poor. First it is very high pitched, higher than any other alarm I have tried. Second it is not very loud, I have slept through it a couple times, it won't even wake the grandkid if it goes off when she is napping. The last and fatal flaw is that the alarm tone kicks off for a few seconds then shifts to a higher tone for a few more then quits, never to sound again. If you are any but the lightest sleeper you are going to need a backup alarm to make sure you wake up.

I moved it to my desk where it looks great and the alarm is loud enough to remind me of appointments.

I wanted a small clock for my bedside that was easy to read and operate but wasn't always illuminated at night... and this little clock is perfect: compact, stable, big blue backlight (but only when I tap the easy-to-navigate button on top), easy to set and the alarm sound isn't obnoxius. I also like the date/temperature features. A satisfying purchase.

I was excited to get this product, and when it showed up, it mostly worked out great. The time is large and easy to read. The controls are easy, and the light was a nice brightness. However the thermometer never worked correctly and always displayed 77.0 F, when it definitely wasn't that warm! Then it just stopped working all together one night, not displaying anything. Might've been a battery issue, but then what's the point of the solar?

Great idea, fairly nice design, but it's necessary for the unit to work correctly!

I love this alarm! It is small enough not to take up so much space and large enough to see the details clearly. I love the light, and the ascending alarm is perfect. Great buy, very happy customer here!!!

It is easy to figure out. And it works as intended. The back light is good in low lighting. This alarm clock is truly genuine.

I was looking for a descent sized (non-travel) alarm clock that runs exclusively on battery and this product fits my requirement. I loved the product built and all functionality except that the alarm sound is too low. I almost always missed hearing the alarm. Returned for refund.

This is a pretty good alarm clock. I had a bad alarm clock before this one so I'm glad I got this.

Pros:
Nice overall size.
Well organized display of date/time/temp/etc.
LCD lights only when you press a button so no bright LEDs glaring from the alarm clock.
Good alarm volume. (I'm a light sleeper and don't need a real loud alarm).
Easy access to snooze/light control.
Controls for setting time/date/alarm easy to figure out.
Battery/solar charging so no worries about power outage resetting your clock/alarm

Cons:
LCD display not very visible when looking at it from an angle (i.e. laying down in bed)
Back light is brighter than I'd like. When I press the light button in the middle of the night to check the time it seems to light the whole room.
