I sprayed this for about 0.5 seconds in a 20x10 ft room, and everyone in the room was choking. If you spray this at an attacker, unless it's Michael Myers or Jason, I wouldn't worry about them having any chance of being able to withstand it. This is not something I would mess around with again, even just to test it. I feel sorry for anyone who tries to do something to my wife or daughter if they're carrying this.

The product appears in a nice container that fits in your hand. However, after testing it, I noticed that I had to continually and repeatedly push the "press" lever for about 5 seconds before it would "fire-off". I needed something that was going to be dependable when I wanted it to work. This doesn't do that. I went to [sabre on-line] where I couldn't find any help on the product.
The second test rendered a different result. I found that after turning the lever to the fire position, it then "clicks" down (you can hear the click), and you "fire-it-off" after it is clicked into the down notch. You need to do some testing and fire it off a few times to learn how to operate it better.

Whenever I get my pepper spray in the mail,I spray it outside. When I spray the SABRE brand I can't even breathe and I am outside. I hope to NEVER have to use this product (I keep losing them) but if I do I am confident it will work.
