Software engineer Chris King presents Advanced BlackBerry Development, an excellent guide to creating quality professional applications for the BlackBerry platform. Chapters cover the pros and cons of different applications and their functions, with an emphases on teaching the reader how to figure out what is most appropriate for which setting as well as the nuts and bolts of coding. Of particular interested are the chapters on ensuring security or encryption as needed, especially in today's world where electronic identity theft is more rampant than ever. Black-and-white illustrations, charts, and sections of sample code round out this superb "missing manual" highly recommended for advanced Blackberry users.

I thought this was the best so far of the BB books, there are some worthless sections but overall this is the best of the 3 BB development books so far. You could tell he actually ran through the examples.
I wish though their might be a followup with really , really hard or advanced development. |
