Poor publication: lacks a lot of pages, other pages are doubled,

So I purchased this book...And was so disappointed! The book looks good, binding is intact. But there are a lot of pages missing, including the half of the insert. It was published that way!!! Just to make up for this, the next 15 or 20 page numbers repeat themself, with the same information, of course. I didn't expect this from Cyndi's publishers..
