This is a unique and well-written book of advanced therapeutics. It is a great resource for those difficult therapeutic challenges, using a combination of anecdotal experience and thorough literature review. The authors are well-known and universally respected. Unlike many "me too" books in medicine, the style and substance of this book makes it stand out among its peers. It is friendly and informal, and makes for easy reading. The various quotes used throughout the book beautifully accompany the text and make for a more enjoyable reading experience.
