When I saw this tool I immediately liked it and decided to buy one just to try it out without putting too much money on the line.
The moment I received it, saw it and try it I congratulated myself for the decision. The design is so good and the make is so excellent I really could not beleive the HIGH quality I got for such a REASONABLE price.The plastic "rivet-end-waste" collector was a well-thought addition to the tool.

I needed to replace the window regulator on a ford e-150.This 1/4" hand riveter was,"just the thing".

I needed a rivet tool to install my Window Regulator on my 2000 Ford Crown Victoria. The new Dorman Window Regulator came with 7/32" rivets. I visited numerous hardware stores in town only to find that most Hand Riveter tools only go up to 3/16" sizes. I thought I was going to have to pay hundreds of dollars to get some kind of hydraulic rivet gun to get the job done for such a large rivet. I was wrong!! This tool is VERY sturdy and is extremely easy to use. This tool can be operated with less effort than a staple gun. I wouldn't recommend using it for anything more than about 15 or 20 rivets as it could be time consuming.

I hope I never have to use this tool again, but if you need to rivet a window regulator you can't do without it.

Seriously cannot go wrong with purchasing this tool. Did not purchase this exact model, but have the Pittsburgh brand version from Harbour Freight Tools and absolutely love it! Used it for re-fasten the running board brackets on an '03 Z71 Tahoe and could not believe how effortlessly easy this tool tools the rivets into place. Probably wouldn't want to use it for a huge project, but honestly I love this tool so much that all I want to do is rivet something. Collection canister is also very nice when working underneath the rivet. Didn't really think much about it until I heard the first shank drop and realized that it would have dropped directly on my face/mouth.

Quality product and unbeatable price for the time and effort it will save you over single-hand models.

I purchased this riveter so that I could replace a window regulator on my 2003 Ford Ranger truck. The replacement required 1/4 inch rivets of which this tool installed with ease. If you're wanting to take on this project yourself, this is the tool you will need. Just be sure to purchase the special rivets needed as they are a particular kind and don't come with the tool.

WORKS GREAT! Fantastic price. I used riveter to mount my boom back on the mast of my sailboat. You won't find this at any of those DIY STORES.

This 1/4" riveter is an excellent value. I could not find anything close to this in town, only the horrible 3/16" 90 degree style. The quality was much better than expected and even comes with ends for smaller sized rivets.
