5.0 out of 5 stars Brush and chuck..., March 11, 2008
This review is from: Advanced Tool Design Model ATD-8235 Auto Acid Brush - Box of 144 (Automotive)
I am a beginning woodworker and these brushes are great for spreading glue in small areas and in dowel holes. There are a couple different quantity sizes you can buy, but I went with this one, 144, because it is cheaper per brush and I won't need to repurchase for awhile. And at only .11 cents per brush, you can use them a couple times (or more if you want) and throw them away. The metal handle is great for keeping the glue from adhering to it.

I use these for spreading wood glue - and for doing small areas of stain. The unit cost is much lower than other sources.

These brushes work just fine for things like contact or rubber cement. Use them for the job and dispose without any effort to clean the brush. Only one caution: some of the brushes may have a loose, or extra long fiber. Be sure to remove, or trim with scissors. Otherwise the errant hair makes neat application difficult. A good product that I will keep in my shop.

These are perfect for getting into tight spaces when I am applying finishes or glue. I don't bother to clean them either because they are cheap! I grew tired of purchasing them a few at a time; this box of 144 will last awhile.

Disposable brushes work. Does not leave hair on glue. Spread even thick viscosity glue. Very useful for woodworkng and other projects.

I use these to apply barge cement to my dancing shoes (i mean, doesnt everyone?).

The price was great, since i only use the brushes once, then throw them away. Based on how i use them, i should have brushes for three years, at least.
