This series is even better then the first Energy Anatomy Program.
It covers the archetypes and how they relate to our way of living. It will awaken your soul to realize alot you didn't know about yourself. Once you understand the Chakra system and archetypes, which Caroline explains, you will begin reviewing your life and see where you need to make adjustments to live a fuller life. I highly recommend this series. Caroline Myss is Brilliant and a woman who is obviously on a mission to help awaken society to the endless possiblilies and power we hold within ourselves. Our power is immeasurable. It's our responsibility to go claim it.

Described as Advanced it means exactly that. But, most chapters in the series of 9 CDs are easy to follow and really don't need too much previous spiritual reading. The material reveals what the listener is ready to hear no matter the stage of a person's inner development. Listen to chapters that appeal most to you. And when they appeal to you. You will be sure to learn something you've never heard before, gain new perspective you've never had before. And if you were to listen to the lessons again at another time, you will be sure to still pick up new insight only because your own experiences and spiritual maturity add to the experience of listening to this series.

Mysticism is being able to see the unseen world---to see the invisible world. Mysticim is deeply cultivated insight. Carolyn Myss teaches you through Advanced Energy Anatomy ways to cultivate your insight and presents mystical insight in easy to understand monologue. She is truly a leading teacher of our times. Her speech is easy to follow and her samples are always practical and involving.

The introduction and discussion archetypes can help you understand your self better and your relationships with others and the world better.

The lessons on creativity and spiritual vocations are inspiring. Being able to see your creativity and your dreams interwoven and inseparable can help you understand yourself better and seek fulfillment...at the same time realizing your divine potential.

The discussion on survival, creative and visionary intuition was only one of my favorite new discoveries.

For those who seek to heal themselves and maybe even others, this audio set is very, very enlightening.

So much wisdom and insight is found here! Don't just listen, take out your notebook, post it notes or journal and write the best of what you hear.

Of the many spiritual readings I have endeavored, here is a series that is well worth your money. For practicality, for spirituality... for joining heaven and earth within you...don't miss this series!

I've been waiting for someone to come along and complete the circle on the spiritual "rules", if you will, on how best to apply spirituality in real life. Having read countless books, it seems many good people have had pieces of the puzzle and just reapplied same in a different fashion. This tape series completes the puzzle I've been searching for for so many years in a brilliant CLEAR fashion. I have Myss' other tape series but this one is beyond anything she has done before. It contains so much knowledge in such a beautiful fashion.

I also appreciate that she does not have the judgemental tone in her voice and manner that she had in prior years.

Having studied and experienced C. Myss several times in person, I find this new tape series her best work so far. She keeps it very technical and does not digress from her topic. It is the first time I have heard her really explain and give great examples of the archetypes which we all live by. Having had cancer, and still am challenged with the constant problems of this illness, she woke me up in 1998 with her first series of tapes on Energy Anatomy.Anyone who desires to ask the question, "Of what purpose was I put here? should start with the beginning tapes, commit them to memory, and then study these new set of tapes. I have read, studied and explored metaphysical studies for 5 years now, and have yet to find where she is not right on in her teachings. She is a fabulous instructor, and very witty to say the least. The person who wrote the comment that they didn't need a parental figure to lecture to them, needs to examine what she stirs up in them to illicit that reaction in my opinion.

Having heard all of Caroline's audio books, this is the best material yet. Extremely well put together in terms of logical flow from one topic to the next, and good examples and case histories to illustrate her points. Caroline covers the meaning of Archetypes and their impact on our lives from an energetic standpoint. This is the best description of Archetypes that I have come across so far. She makes it easy to recognize these Archetypes at work in ourselves and in others. Among other things, she covers the significant differences between a job, a career and a vocation, and the spiritual energies that push us towards expanding our awareness of why we are here. Listen to this tape series more than once. There is lots of information here. Highly recommended! - Mark Greenia, author of "Energy Dynamics: Conscious Human Evolution."

I've always found Caroline Myss' work insightful and helpful and these tapes do not disappoint. She starts with a discussion of the four survival archetypes that are common to all and then shows how these archetypes affect your energetic systems as well as the quality of the choices you make in your life. I listened to these tapes during my work commute and found myself wanting to pull over, rewind, and take notes! The material is pretty dense and chock-full of really insightful nuggets. I will definitely refer to this material again and again.

If you think that you might benefit from "therapy", listen to these programs. A large part of the effort of therapy is getting an individual to open to themselves, to see themselves as they really are, as a precursor to making changes in their life. Caroline Myss' recordings of "Energy Anatomy" and "Advanced Energy Anatomy" open the door to that introspection, giving you a framework in which to see your past life, and present actions. True, you may not agree with everything she says. But I guarantee you will find yourself nodding in agreement over and over again, at the insightful ways she presents the workings of human minds and emotions. And you will find Caroline Myss offering you answers to many of the questions you've asked yourself ("Why do I do this?" "Why did I do that?") over the years. I'm not recommending you forego therapy, if you really need it. Professional therapy can be very valuable. But I am saying that Caroline's recordings are a terrific way of getting in touch with yourself, and seeing yourself clearly (maybe for the first time), regardless of whether you want to pursue professional counseling, or not. And because (as Caroline says) the mind and emotions are prime determinants of the health of the body, this is an excellent series for anyone interested in taking good care of their body, and creating the best health possible for a vibrant and very happy life.

Caroline's wisdom is remarkably shared with examples that I can understand and encompass. This is not my first Caroline Myss tape, but it has helped me more than I can write. I'm from a family of "victim" archetypes and I have a tendency to overspend when I'm letting my "child" archetype have control of my thoughts. Caroline's tapes have helped me make positive changes in my life that I would have taken years to even comprehend before these tapes. Buy the CD version because you will want to listen to the lessons over and over.

I highly recommend both the Energy Anatomy and Advanced Energy Anatomy lecture series. I will provide this same commentary for both series.

In Energy Anatomy, Caroline reviews the seven chakras and describes our development as we progress thru them. This is content that is presented in her book Anatomy of the Spirit. I can see parallels between this content and adult development theory. As a coach this information is helpful context and provides a framework in working with my clients.

In this lecture series, she goes beyond the Anatomy of the Spirit book to discuss practical ways to apply the information she presents, including suggestions on how to think about illness and spiritual crisis.

In Advanced Energy Anatomy, she continues and expands the conversation to help us understand how to be "mystics without monasteries". She also describes the 8th and 9th chakras, which are rarely discussed and are consistent with the I AM teachings. She provides a wonderful transition from our current thinking on religion and spirituality to the traditional works in Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism and Christianity. Her comments are supported by the work of the scholars who are working on the Nag Hamadi, Dead Sea Scrolls and other lost gospels. She provides broader context for many religious traditions and her interpretations make sense. She has a PhD in Theology from which she draws much of her content, and also integrates her personal experience and stories of others she has worked with as a medical intuitive.

She is feisty and humble, wise, passionate and entertaining. I enjoy her books and I especially enjoy her audio recordings. I hope you enjoy them as well!

I listen to this series over and over and highly recommend it to anyone who is seeking to live in accordance with their higher truths.
