1.0 out of 5 stars Iron Palm of Crapola
What a waste. I don't know where to begin. For starters the Richard Simmons head bands should have been a tip off. It was just plain BAD. The techniques-fairy tale meditation methods the vague explaination on the strike targets etc.... If your interested in high quality info look into Bruce Miller. I too should have heeded the previous bad reviews. Consider yourself...

3.0 out of 5 stars Iron Palm Follow Up, June 28, 2002
This review is from: Advanced Iron Palm (Paperback)
Brian suggest you study his first book before even reading this book. This book starts with the instructions on how to make Dit Da Jow. Techniques on how to increase power, what parts of the body are most valuable to strike and how to protect yourself using Iron Palm techniques.

4.0 out of 5 stars The Advanced Iron Palm Reviewed By The Author, May 12, 2009

This review is from: Advanced Iron Palm (Paperback)
When I wrote this book, many years ago, the publishing company left out some very important key parts to the book, and as such, while the book is very helpful to the Iron Palm student, the material that was left out made this book incomplete. I have written four new books on the complete subject, and they can be viewed at www dot ultimateironpalm dot com. I think you'll enjoy these, because I have finally put everything I know into book form. Grandmaster Brian Gray

1.0 out of 5 stars ripped again, June 25, 2004
This review is from: Advanced Iron Palm (Paperback)
After reading his first book "Complete Iron Palm", I thought possibly this book would give me the necessary information to begin training. Cheated again! The Author claims that you need to buy a special blend of Chinese herbs to condition your hands before training to avoid serious injury. After some investigation, I learned that all the herbs are not readily available and/or are amazingly expensive. Might make more sense to just chop off my palms and have iron palms surgically implanted. I believe the Author lacks credibility. He cannot even name one teacher he has studied under. His explanation of how he supposedly learned Iron Palm is suspicious at best.
