Both of Jay T Wills books on kenpo are worth getting if you can find them.For the proficient kenpoist you will recgonize all your self defense moves and appreciate the way they are broken down. For the beginner you can learn many self defense techniques from this book alone. Full of great pictures that actually break down each move at the right point. No like other book that try to break down a move in pictures in four pictures. Get it if you can find it. |
