This is the book you need to understand OS/390 JCL today, including advanced material your data center and it's manager will not even know. Drop the DCB parameter, specify space parameters with record counts using AVGREC, learn the new class structures of SMS. Learn why being too clever will only hurt those less clever and how to protect them in the way you write your JCL. Cover programs and see exacting programs in COBOL, C, and Assembler all on an OS/390. The most read book I have.
