This book is very clear and precise with its information, but the instructions for Microsoft Word is not as clear. You need to know how to do templates in Microsoft Word. The cd-rom works with Windows XP but not with Windows Vista operating system. Tech support did not have a fix for the Vista problems. If you have Windows XP this book and software are both very good.
