My upper body strength has increased and my lower back pain has decreased since taking classes with Kathi. So I bought her DVD's to use in my home workouts. Advanced Pilates is challenging and fun to do. It packs a lot into 30 minutes. Kathi cues well and is a warm, motivating instructor. I recommend this to anyone with a basic pilates background who wants to increase muscle tone and upper body strength.
