5.0 out of 5 stars A MUST-READ BOOK TO UNDERSTAND SOIL MECHANICS!, April 21, 2000
This review is from: Advanced Soil Mechanics, Second Edition (Hardcover)
This book has it all on soil mechanics! It explains to you in the easiest way all about soil mechanics, and I'm telling you ALL about soil mechanics. It contains an excellent explication about permeability and seepage, consolidation, settlements and shear strength. It also contains excellents examples and exercises, that would guide you to understand everything about soil mechanics.

3.0 out of 5 stars It's alright..., December 16, 2008
Well the book is alright nothing to brag about. The only thing that I do not like about the book is there are no selected answers to selected problems. I tried to get a hold of the publisher to see if i can get some help, but no one would return my calls or e-mails. I would of bought something else.
