5.0 out of 5 stars Advanced Wiring
I recently changed my circuit breaker from a screw in fuse to push button terminal. I also wired protected circuits in all my bathrooms. After that, I installed dimmer switches in my living room for lights and ceiling fans. What can I say, this book showed me what I needed, and how to do it and without being nervous working with electricity.

I bought this book for the purpose of upgrading my 100amp fuse panel to a 200amp breaker panel.Well advanced should not be the title of this book,it should be 1 step above basic. Its got a few fair pictures (drawings) of two guys installing the panel, installing a mast, drilling a whole through the wall , and installing the meter base, but it really only has about one...

I bought this book for the purpose of upgrading my 100amp fuse panel to a 200amp breaker panel.Well advanced should not be the title of this book,it should be 1 step above basic. Its got a few fair pictures (drawings) of two guys installing the panel, installing a mast, drilling a whole through the wall , and installing the meter base, but it really only has about one (1)
paragraph on each of these subjects. Its not detailed ,maybe if it had 20 pages on each step or even 5.And it also includes installing cable for cable tv (a whole chapter).
If you need to know the basics covered in this book, call an electrican please , changing or upgrading your service will not be possible with this book alone. And 100 amps can very easily kill you.

I bought too many of these, because clearly I like them. Good for beginners and stuff.
