Very good book, I didn't notice It was a Instructor edition and I had to buy another one, but anyway this book is awesome, I'm learning many words I didn't know, so I have to make an additional effort to learn new vocabulary.
I can compare my answers with this book.

Seller said it was new, but majority of the pages were written in. They used pencil so that's a poSitive side to it.
