I am thrilled with the advantus cropper hopper! It was just what I needed to organize my photos. I took at least 10 bulky shoe boxes that were stuffed with photos and badly organized and streamlined them into one sleek cropper hopper that fits neatly on the shelf in my closet. There are little divider tabs included that I used to label groups of pictures, and now I can find everything easily. ***One important note that I don't think is included in the description is a secret compartment that can be used to store larger photos and negatives. If you look at the picture of the open hopper, you can see at the bottom there are two clips on either side. Those clips open to reveal a shallow compartment that runs the entire length of the cropper hopper. That's where I placed all my 8x10 photos as well as the negatives that I had from the pre-digital era.
The customer service offered by Ritz Camera (the company I purchased mine through from amazon.com) was excellent. I ordered 2 hoppers and they were at my door in just a couple days. My mom liked my purchase so much that she ordered two as well. Hers arrived immediately, but they were cracked (I think it had to do with the shipping since mine arrived in perfect condition). She called and they immediately sent her a replacement at no charge. Excellent customer service!!! I would highly recommend this item for anyone who wants to get their photos organized. It's well worth the money and it will keep your photos safe and accessible.

This product, the Advantus Cropper Hopper photo case,
was purchased by a friend a year and a half ago at a local store and it included 20 4x6 photo protectors as well as a large protector envelope in the bottom side. The picture on this site clearly shows these protectors, but it is not made clear they are sold separately (which is clearly noted on the product which you receive). You can see by the "Frequently Bought Together" items the 4x6 photo protectors can be bought separately, but this does not clarify the fact the ones in the photo are NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. This looked like a great product for organizing pictures. However, I was disappointed upon its arrival because it doesn't contain all the smaller cases shown in the product photo. Apparently those are photo/negative organizers that have to be purchased separately. (I checked more closely after mine arrived. But I still see no way I could have known that before it arrived.) Acoording to the product description, this case comes with dividers, which it does. It would make more sense to display the product with the actual dividers that come with it, rather than the cases which have to be purchased separately which was misleading. I'm not sure I would have paid as much as I did for this product had I realized what it really did (or rather, didn't) contain. Not such a great deal for what is basically a box. However, it is still useful, so I intend to keep it. But I don't think I'd purchase it again for this price.
