Hudson did a great job with this game. For anyone who has ever played it, this is an original classic. You are this pudgy looking guy who runs around on this island (kind of like a Super Mario format) killing things and at the end of each level, you have to beat a boss (who is the same type of enemy each time, but has a different head). All in all, this an excellent game, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't played it before!
