Product works, packaging doesn't,

The repellent inside the containers works. I used it successfully on an 8 day African photo safari. But the pump bottle leaks horribly. Thankfully any time I travel everything gets put into a gallon ziploc baggie. I had this in a bag and when it leaked at least it didn't get all over the rest of the contents of my suitcase. And yes, I did do the squeeze a little at ground pressure trick to reduce internal pressure before taking it on the plane. That worked well with other pump-action bottles I'd brought along, not for this one. So don't expect to take this on a trip if you put it in checked baggage (which you'll have to thanks to TSA circus rules). |
