I burned my wrist on the kitchen stove & I was putting a generic burn cream on. The burn occured on Saturday and on Wednesday, it was still pretty nasty and a friend gave me this product. It's a miracle worker! Within 24 hours the heat from the burn had disappeared and within 2-3 days, the burn looked significantly better (and it was a deep burn). Within 2 weeks the burn was completely healed and there is just a small scar right now. What was really nice about this product is that you can leave it on while you wash you hands, take a shower etc and it is giving constant care to the burn. I would highly recommend this product for burns. I think it would also be great for a burn on a child as burn cream and bandaids are often not child proof and come off through play but this would keep the wound clean and allow it to heal.

These are great for blisters I keep extras around. The whole family uses them. Better adhering than moleskin.

...as I know I'll only need it to cover up something painful. But based on the reviews above, I'm willing to put my money on its efficacy when I eventually find the need to pull it out of the backpack.
