Ok, but pricey.,

This review is from: Adventure Medical Kits Tactical Field/Trauma with QuikClot (Health and Beauty)
I have recommended Quikclot before. Here's what I said:
"This product stops bleeding cold. Right Now. Note- it is expensive and a little messy, so don't go using it for everyday cuts, those where the bleeding is easily controlled by pressure. But this could very well save a life, especially out in the field. Get one of the large packs and keep it at home in your 1st Aid kit, and one of the smaller packs to carry in your beltpouch or daypack, along with a few Band-Aids and the usual stuff. Most first aid kits do not contain this product as it is too expensive, so you'll have to add it yourself. What is handy with this product is that you can apply it to yourself in a pinch." So, you'd think I'd rate a kit with Quikclot with *****. However, I can't quite. See, other than the Quikclot, this is just an ordinary handy little 1st aid kit. From Adventure Medicals site, here's what's in this: "Bandage Materials 4 Bandage, Adhesive, Fabric, 1" x 3" 3 Bandage, Adhesive, Fabric, Knuckle 2 Bandage, Butterfly Closure 1 Bandage, Elastic, Self Adhering, 2" 2 Dressing, Gauze, Sterile, 2" x 2", Pkg./2 2 Dressing, Gauze, Sterile, 4" x 4", Pkg./2 1 Dressing, Non-Adherent, Sterile, 3" x 4" Bleeding 2 Gloves, Nitrile (Pair), Hand Wipe 1 QuikClot Sport 25g 2 Trauma Pad, 5" x 9" Blister / Burn 11 Moleskin, Pre-Cut & Shaped Instrument 3 Safety Pins 1 Splinter Picker/Tick Remover Forceps Medical Information 1 Comp. Guide to Wilderness & Travel Medicine Medication 1 After Bite Wipe 2 Antihistamine (Diphenhydramine 25 mg) 1 Aspirin (325 mg), Pkg./2 2 Ibuprofen (200 mg), Pkg./2 Wound Care 6 After Cuts & Scrapes Anethestic/Antiseptic Wipe 1 Dressing, Petrolatum, 3" x 3" 1 Tape, 1/2" x 10 Yards 2 Triple Antibiotic Ointment, Single Use" A decent list, but other than the Quikclot, hardly unique. So, it would be quite a bit cheaper to just take your already existing 1st Aid kit and just throw in the Quikclot, which runs $10-$15. But, this is still a good kit, and fairly complete even though quite compact. If you don't already have a small kit, this is not a bad choice.

Perfect small emergency kit. I certainly won't rehash the comprehensive listing by the previous reviewer. The nice thing about these kits is there is room to add a few more items. I would add additional pain reliever (ibuprofen, etc.), anti-diarrhea meds and maybe more allergy meds as well as some superglue (yea it stings but closes lacerations nicely).

This is full of probably anything you might need for a basic emergency and then a little..first off no scissors..basic for a first aid kit. Next, everything is really packed in almost to tightly..you need to go through everything to make sure you know where it is at. They could have spent an extra dollar and made it a bit bigger and give you a little extra room for your personal things you may need. There was no ammonia ampulates which kind of surprise me..but other than the QuikClot (which I bought it for)..it is a 9.95 Wally World special.

Kit has everything you need for small trauma cases. Combine pads and quick-clot make come in handy for more serious wounds, and there are band aids and smaller bandages for less serious wounds. Even some nice medications. Very useful in most situations.

Great emergency kit for hunters, shooters, or camping.,

This field trauma kit is a must have for anyone who is active in shooting sports, camping, or hiking.
It contains the basics to deal with an injury that is producing serious external blood loss, hopefully enough to get that person to real EMS or a medical facility. No set of camping or hunting gear is complete without a kit of this type.

I was looking for a first aid kit to carry on my motorcycle that would have essential items for traumatic injuries. Being on blood thinners and riding a motorcycle can be a bad combo and I wanted something to have with me that would stop bleeding. I always inform fellow riders of my potential for bleeding and the fact that I have a kit with me. The bandages and the QuikClot that are included make me feel a bit better on the road. I have taken first aid and CPR classes as have many of my friends and we always wear all the gear when riding. This is the right size to fit in my tank or tail bag and still have room for other things like cameras and etc.

This med kit is perfect for those "just in case" or "god forbid" scenerios when going about your day. I keep this in my canvas messenger bag at all times. I pray that I never need to use it.

We keep one of these in our emergency pack, and another in my mt biking pack. It's much more than the standard bandaids and tylenol that you get in typical first aid kits.
