This product does not work! I went to the manufacturer's website to get support to fix the problem and what they suggested did not work! They offer no other solutions and I had to return the product. Don't waste your time or money on this sham of a product!

I completely agree with Parent on this one! I would like to give it 0 stars, but I can't. I got this product for my daughter who just started kindergarten, and when I went to install it said my system was not compatible? Okay then... I don't know where to go to get troubleshooting advice on how to install the game for my system, and now I have a very sad and disappointed crying 6 year old who doesn't understand why mommy wont let her play her new game. So nice to have a product for children that even adults can't figure out how to run.
