I have lived and practiced the principles of Huna philosophy for several years, and have read numerous books on the subject. Paul Waters has written a clear and comprehensive guide that is useful for both beginners and long-time practitioners. Each Huna principle and concept is accompanied by a meditation which clarifies and deepens your understanding as you do it. From increasing your awareness to learning the most effective ways of manifesting your desired intentions, you are led on a journey of awakening and growth that could radically change your life for the best. One of my favorite things about it is that it is very "readable" - never dull - and Paul has come up with some new and very interesting ways of working with the Huna principles. I especially recommend this book to healers of every sort.
