This book is a must read for early days of life around tillamook county (and surrounding areas) in Oregon. The book gives insight into how and why some of the early burdens and joys of living on the coast and coast range. The stories are funny and have a lot of history. Some pictures of logging are hard to believe they are real. My second purchace of the book so I can share.
