An early classic in EFT,

Adventures in EFT is a great place to start for anyone looking to learn the basics of the Emotional Freedom Techniques. It has many simple ideas for the application of EFT along with simple to follow instructions on how to use the technique.
While this book is perhaps one of the early classics in EFT and is far from outdated it's price is certainly off putting. There are many books and other sources of information that probably offer better value for money. That said it is a great addition to any Energy Psychology library. It also contains some unique insights perhaps not found elsewhere. |
