Binaural Beat headache,

This was a very annoying recording to listen to. Not conducive to lucid dream state. Would not recommend it for improving mental stimulation for dream clarity. Did not aid in Lucid Dreaming, perhaps a nightmare or two; but that's about all. Would rather suggest INSIGHT and FOCUS discs by Immrama Institute.
