When we realized the SCD diet was working for our son's autism, I ordered just about every SCD cookbook I could find. This book has so many flavorful recipes. This book has a lot of great main dishes. We love the Chicken Picatta and Cheese Crackers. There's many recipes with an Italian or Indian flare. Great for anyone, not just those that are SCD or Grain/Gluten free.
