The illustrations are beautiful and the story short and sweet; it would make a good bedtime story. My daughter loves hearing it at the bookstore over and over. It also has a good lesson about how humans impact the environment around them, introducing social issues to your child.

This is a great introduction for kids to themes like the environment and marine life. The story line and the illustrations are captivating and keeps our toddler turning the pages.
As a side note, Maui recently did away with plastic grocery bags, which might help Harry from choking. :)
