I read this book when I was in Mr Neills class. Ive always love Sci-Fi and this was deffinately no exception. Unique story line, well developed characters, and a wonderful mix of science fact with science fiction makes for a book I still enjoy 3 years later.

The unfurling plot, and very real characters quickly draw the reader in. I had a deep desire to know what is going to happen to each personality in this sci-fi novel. As the adventures deepen and expand it is impossible to put this book down. The intriguing real historical events, along with vivid descriptive inserts of dirt biking, mountain climbing, and marine biology make this book interesting for many diverse readers. It begs a sequel though with the ending. I wonder if the author will consider one someday?

Absoluetly Postitively One of the Best Books I've ever READ!,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Adventures In Spacetime (Paperback)
This is a very good book. I could read it over and over again. I am recommending this book to everyone who reads this review. I am only in the 6th grade and Adventures in Spacetime is a reading level about 8.9. I had to ask my teachers about some of the words in it. There is a lot of science terms in it. One of the words my teacher had to ask Mr. Neill(Author) about. I go to the school Sierra Vista Middle School. Yes, that is the school that Mr. Neill teaches at. Other than the words the book is good for children AND adults. So you should read this book in my opinion. Thank you for taking the time to read the reviews.

Adventures in Spacetime, a good book,

Adventures in Spacetime is a pretty good book. When I first started to read it I didn't want to because I thought it was going to be another science fiction book with aliens taking over the world and stuff like that, but it wasn't. I wasn't thrilled in the beginning, but I actually began to like the book, and looked forward to reading it in class. I really like the starpilot the most, because he was nice, curious, and different. The only part I didn't like was the dinosaur part with the hurting of them, only I guess because I am a animal lover and I hate knowing that a creature that isn't human dieing or being hurt. I would read the book because it is something different if you don't really like science fiction, and you get something new out of the book, but if you do like science fiction then you would really love this book.

Book Review,
By Kyle (seirra vista, Arizona, USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Adventures In Spacetime (Paperback)
The book Adventures In Space Time is an action adventure that tells of a young boy, his sister, his dog, two rock climbers, and a news reporter that discover a lost extraterrestrial that is looking for his home. The alien's name is Gekko Troodahn. He really is just a dinosaur that was taken from his time and enslaved to become a star pilot. Gekko steals the interstellar starship, Scorpious, from the Maljugadors and attempts to find his way home. Instead he gets lost and ends up at earth. The Maljugidor, Shang, chases Gekko and tries to recapture him and the vessel. Shang abducts all of the people that had seen Gekko on his visit to earth. The rest of the story tells of how the only humans that saw Gekko and weren't abducted try to save their friends. They main characters encounter many obstacles and people. The final obstacle they will have to face is one for Gekko. He has to make the choice either to save his friends or to save his own planet Soar. To see what I mean by this and what the choice is, read the book. This was a very well written book. It kept me wanting to read on. Wanting to find out what happened next. I hope to find out that there will be a sequel. But, that may not happen. Oh well. Still I liked the book, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I may be a little biased because Mr. Neill is my science teacher, but I think this book is great to read. It has interesting characters and concepts, along with mant twists thoughout the story. The book is about an alien named Gekko Troodahn who gets lost and finds himself on Earth. While tring to get home, he meets some new humkan friends, and soon they all find themselves in a the adventure of a lifetime. I admit though that the end is definately a little weird! I do however recoomend this book to buy and read.
